Kristen Koopman

Member Profile:

As a graduate student in Science and Technology Studies, I have taught the social and humanistic aspects of science, technology, and engineering to Virginia Tech students, including many engineers. I am interested in the ways that social values inform and shape technical work such as engineering. In my capacity as the Programs Assistant for the Office of Global Engineering Engagement and Research, I provide support for the international programs run by the College of Engineering.
